Build the confidence to prevent and handle dive emergencies with the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue course on Koh Tao. Practising in the calm, warm 28-30C Gulf at sheltered sites like Japanese Gardens and Twins, you learn to spot stress early, assist troubled divers and run realistic rescue scenarios.

The SSI Rescue Diver pathway

SSI Diver Stress & Rescue emphasises preventing problems before they happen and is a prerequisite for the SSI Dive Guide / Divemaster path. React Right (CPR, first aid and oxygen provider) training is required and can be added alongside.

Where you'll dive in Koh Tao

Scenarios run at Koh Tao's calm training sites such as Japanese Gardens, Twins and Mango Bay, where warm 28-30C water and easy entries suit demanding rescue drills. Diving is year-round, best from March to May.
