Course overview

Discover the reef after sunset with the SSI Night Diving & Limited Visibility specialty at Kovalam, exploring the warm Arabian Sea as the Kovalam reef comes alive at night. You learn light handling, night navigation and signalling while observing nocturnal marine life on guided dives. You finish as a certified SSI Night Diver.

What you’ll learn

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (junior) or 15
• SSI Open Water Diver or higher
• Comfort with basic open-water skills
• Diver medical questionnaire (physician sign-off if any condition applies)
