Course overview

Get more out of every dive with the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox specialty in Port Blair, a favourite among active Andaman divers. You learn to analyse nitrox cylinders, set your computer and plan dives that extend your no-decompression time at the reefs around Chidiyatapu and across the Andaman Sea. The course is knowledge-focused and can be completed in a single day.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12
• SSI Open Water Diver or equivalent certification
• No prior nitrox experience required
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

1. Day1
   Nitrox theory & analysis

   Complete the SSI enriched-air academics, practise analysing cylinders and configuring a computer, and optionally make enriched-air dives at Andaman sites to certify.
