Course overview

Extend your bottom time and dive with more margin using the PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver specialty in Port Blair, one of the most popular courses for active divers in the Andamans. You learn to analyse enriched-air cylinders and plan dives on nitrox so you can stay longer at the reefs around Chidiyatapu and across the Andaman Sea. This is primarily a knowledge course and can be completed in a day.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12
• PADI Open Water Diver or higher (or qualifying certification)
• No prior nitrox experience required
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

1. Day1
   Nitrox theory & analysis

   Complete the enriched-air knowledge development and exam, practise analysing cylinders and setting a computer, and optionally make enriched-air dives at Andaman sites to certify.
