Course overview

Learn life-saving first response with the SSI React Right course in Malta and Gozo, an internationally recognised CPR, AED and first-aid programme. It satisfies the first-aid prerequisite for SSI Stress & Rescue and Divemaster, and equips you to help in any everyday emergency. No diving or swimming experience is needed.

What you’ll learn

• Perform CPR and rescue breathing using correct technique
• Operate an automated external defibrillator (AED)
• Deliver primary assessment and basic life support
• Provide first aid for bleeding, shock and common injuries
• Administer emergency oxygen where trained to do so

Prerequisites

• No diving or swimming experience required
• No minimum age for participation
• Willingness to practise CPR and first-aid skills on a training manikin

1. Day1
   CPR, AED & first aid

   Complete the React Right modules with hands-on CPR, AED, oxygen and first-aid practice, finishing with assessment and certification.
