Course overview

Earn the SSI Dive Guide and Divemaster ratings on Fujairah's east coast, learning to lead and manage certified divers on calm, shore-accessible reefs near Dubai. Working sites such as Dibba Rock and Snoopy Island, you build the leadership, supervision and dive-management skills SSI's experience-based system demands and finish ready to work as a diving professional.

What you’ll learn

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 18
• SSI Advanced Adventurer (or equivalent) and Diver Stress & Rescue certification
• Valid first-aid and CPR certification
• Logged dive experience to SSI standard (typically 40+ dives to start)
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Theory & assessment

   Academic study and exams with water-skills and stamina evaluations.
2. Day2
   Skill demonstration

   Rescue & dive management

   Complete the rescue assessment and practise dive-site management at Dibba Rock.
4. Day4
   Supervised guiding

   Guide certified divers and assist an instructor on local east-coast reefs.
5. Day5
   Experience & certification

   Build real-world experience and finalise your SSI Divemaster rating.
