Course overview

Take your first breaths underwater with the SSI Try Scuba experience on Ambergris Caye, exploring the Belize Barrier Reef with no certification required. Guided closely by an instructor in the clear, calm water off San Pedro, you may encounter turtles, rays and reef fish on your very first dive.

What you’ll learn

• Breathe underwater using scuba gear
• Handle a mask, fins and regulator
