Course overview

SSI Deep Diving opens up South Ari Atoll's deeper reef walls and channel slopes, where grey reef sharks and pelagics cruise below 18m. You will extend your safe range to 40m on the atoll's drop-offs while learning careful gas and narcosis management.

What you’ll learn

• Deep dive planning and limits

• Recognising depth effects on colour and time

Prerequisites

• 15 years or older
• SSI Advanced Adventurer or equivalent
• Strong buoyancy and air management

   Deep planning

   Plan and execute progressive deep dives on the outer reef wall.
2. Day2
   Depth management

   Complete remaining deep dives with narcosis and gas-reserve checks.
