Course overview

SSI Advanced Adventurer expands your diving across five adventure dives, letting you sample specialties and gain experience to 30 metres, and Fujairah's east coast offers the perfect mix. You will dive deeper sites toward Dibba and Musandam and practise navigation and night diving on the reefs at Dibba Rock, finishing more capable and confident.

What you’ll learn

• Experience five different SSI specialty areas in open water
• Dive deeper, toward the 30-metre recreational limit
• Navigate underwater with compass and natural references
• Refine buoyancy, trim and gas management at depth
• Choose specialties to continue toward Specialty Diver recognition

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (junior rating 10-14)
• SSI Open Water Diver or a qualifying certification from another agency
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep & navigation

   Run the deep and navigation adventure dives at the Dibba/Musandam sites and sharpen your compass work.
2. Day2
   Three more adventures

   Sample three further specialties such as night or marine-life diving around Dibba Rock and Snoopy Island, then certify.
