Course overview

Take your diving further with the SSI Advanced Adventurer / Advanced Open Water programme in Fiji, unlocking Beqa Lagoon's deeper pinnacles and walls. Through deep, navigation and elective adventure dives you extend your range to 30m while exploring soft-coral sites around Pacific Harbour. SSI builds the rating from completed specialties, so your training counts directly toward further certification.

What you’ll learn

• Plan and conduct dives to 30 metres
• Navigate underwater with compass and natural references
• Sample multiple specialty areas through adventure dives
• Refine buoyancy and trim on soft-coral pinnacles
• Manage deeper profiles and gas planning
• Gain confidence and independence as a certified diver

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (Junior) or 15
• SSI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician where required

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep & navigation dives

   Complete the deep and navigation adventure dives on Beqa Lagoon pinnacles such as Caesars.
2. Day2
   Elective dives & certification

   Add further adventure dives on sites like Joe's Best and complete the digital certification.
