Course overview

The SSI Advanced Adventurer course in Bohol Panglao earns your Advanced Open Water Diver rating and lets you dive to 30 metres after five adventure dives. Panglao's varied sites, from the Balicasag walls to the Doljo and Napaling reefs, give you the perfect mix of deep, navigation and specialty experiences to advance your diving.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (Junior) or 15+
• SSI Open Water Diver or equivalent certification
• Basic comfort and reasonable in-water skills
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep and navigation

   Complete the Deep and Navigation adventure dives on a Balicasag wall and a Panglao reef.
2. Day2
   Specialty sampling

   Finish three further specialty dives, such as buoyancy, drift or night, around Pamilacan and Doljo before the rating is issued.
