Build the confidence to prevent and manage dive emergencies with the PADI Rescue Diver course in Fiji's Pacific Harbour and Beqa Lagoon. Over scenarios run on warm 24-30C soft-coral sites, you practise self-rescue, assisting tired and panicked divers, and managing a missing-diver situation. Widely described as the most rewarding PADI course, it is also the gateway to the Divemaster path.
PADI Rescue Diver is a continuing-education course that, with Emergency First Response, completes the prerequisites for the PADI Divemaster programme. It carries the standalone PADI Rescue Diver certification.
Rescue scenarios are staged on sheltered Pacific Harbour and Beqa Lagoon reefs where warm 24-30C water and easy entries let you focus on technique; the May-to-October peak season gives the calmest surface conditions for surface-tow practice.
