The PADI Open Water Diver pathway

PADI Open Water Diver is the world's most recognised entry-level certification, qualifying you to dive to 18 metres with a buddy. It is the prerequisite for the Advanced Open Water course and all PADI specialties.

Where you'll dive in Raja Ampat

Confined and early open-water dives use the calm, shallow reefs around Mansuar Island, while later training dives explore nearby coral sites; warm 27-30°C water and the October-to-April season make for comfortable learning conditions.
