The PADI Open Water Diver pathway

PADI Open Water Diver certifies you for life to dive to 18 metres with a buddy and is accepted worldwide. The certification is the prerequisite for PADI Advanced Open Water and opens the door to specialty training.

Where you'll dive in Nusa Penida

Training dives use Nusa Penida's sheltered, lower-current reefs such as Sental and Sampalan, with Pura Ped offering gentle coral for skills practice, keeping new divers away from the strong drifts of Manta Point and Crystal Bay. The dry season from April to November provides the calmest, clearest conditions.
