The PADI Open Water Diver pathway

PADI Open Water Diver requires five confined-water sessions, four open-water training dives and a final knowledge exam. It certifies you to dive to 18 metres and is recognised by dive centres worldwide as the standard entry-level certification.

Where you'll dive in Netrani Island

Open-water training dives take place on the boat dives to Netrani Island from Murdeshwar, where the reef from about 5 to 18 metres, clear water and reef fish give an engaging classroom for new divers. The October-to-April season offers the calmest seas and best visibility for training.
