Course overview

Become a fully certified diver with the PADI Open Water Diver course on Ambergris Caye, qualifying you to dive independently to 18 metres anywhere in the world. You build skills in confined water then complete four open-water dives on the Belize Barrier Reef off San Pedro, often spotting turtles, rays and reef fish along the way.

Where you'll dive in Ambergris Caye

Open-water dives use the Belize Barrier Reef off San Pedro, including the sheltered Hol Chan Marine Reserve, where clear water, light current and abundant marine life through the April-to-November peak make an ideal training ground.
