Course overview

See the Andaman reef transform after dark with the PADI Night Diver specialty in Port Blair. Over a series of night dives near Chidiyatapu you learn to dive confidently with a torch, navigate in low light and spot the nocturnal creatures, hunting octopus, lionfish and crustaceans, that only emerge after sunset. The certification opens a whole new side of the reef.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12
• PADI Open Water Diver or higher (or qualifying certification)
• Comfortable with basic buoyancy and navigation
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician
