Course overview

Explore Netrani Island's reef as a certified diver with guided fun dives off Karnataka's Murdeshwar coast. Each boat trip takes you over the heart-shaped island's clear waters, where barracuda, morays, turtles and dense reef-fish schools gather across depths from about 5 to 30 metres. Fun dives are the simplest way for certified divers to enjoy Netrani without coursework.

What you’ll learn

• Apply your certification skills on a guided reef dive
• Spot Netrani's marine life including barracuda, morays and reef fish
• Practise buoyancy and air management over the reef
• Follow a local dive guide to the best of the site
• Build dive experience and confidence between courses

Prerequisites

• Open Water Diver certification or higher (PADI or equivalent)
• A logbook or proof of certification
• Recent dive experience recommended, or a refresher if you've been inactive
• Reasonable physical health with a completed medical questionnaire
