Course overview

Build the confidence to act in an emergency with the PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) course on Bangaram Island, a self-contained first-aid and CPR programme that is also the prerequisite for Rescue Diver and professional ratings. Held in the resort classroom, it teaches primary and secondary care for any layperson, diver or not, on the remote Lakshadweep atoll. You leave with a recognised EFR certification valid for 24 months.

Where you'll dive in Bangaram Island

This is a classroom-based first-aid and CPR course held at the Bangaram resort dive base; there is no diving involved, though it pairs naturally with continued-education dives in the calm Lakshadweep season.
