Course overview

Extend your range to 40 metres with the PADI Deep Diver specialty in Raja Ampat, where dramatic walls and current points reward divers who can safely venture deeper. On sites such as Mike's Point and Cape Mansuar you learn to manage gas, narcosis and no-decompression limits while experiencing the deeper coral and pelagic action these reefs are known for.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 15
• PADI Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver
• Comfortable with dives to 18-30 metres
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Planning and first dives

   Cover deep-dive theory and complete the first two dives building toward 40 metres.
2. Day2
   Deeper dives and certification
