Extend your range to the recreational maximum with the PADI Deep Diver specialty on Kadmat Island. Over four dives you learn to plan and manage dives between 18 and 40 metres on the atoll's ocean-side reef walls, where the clear Lakshadweep water reveals deeper coral, pelagic visitors and the colour shifts that make deep diving so absorbing.
PADI Deep Diver is a recreational specialty that extends your certified depth to the 40-metre recreational limit and can count toward Master Scuba Diver. It does not qualify you for decompression or technical diving.
Deep dives use the ocean-facing reef walls of the Kadmat atoll, where 24-metre visibility and clear Arabian Sea water make the descent through the depth zones especially scenic. October to May is the safest, calmest season for deeper diving.
