The PADI Deep Diver pathway

PADI Deep Diver is a specialty that counts toward Master Scuba Diver and can credit the deep Adventure Dive toward Advanced Open Water. The recreational depth limit for this certification is 40 metres.

Where you'll dive in Banda Sea

Deep training uses Ambon's steeper sites and the Twilight Zone drop-off, where the slope continues past recreational depth in warm 27-29°C water. Moderate currents mean dives are planned to the tides; the open Banda Sea is at its best in the March-April and September-November windows.
