Course overview

Earn an entry-level certification quickly with the SSI Scuba Diver course on Gili Trawangan, a stepping-stone rating that lets you dive to 12 metres under professional supervision. You complete the foundational academics, confined-water skills and two open-water dives on the island's gentle turtle reefs.

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Academics & confined water

   Work through SSI foundational academics and practise core skills in calm shallow water.
2. Day2
   Open-water dives & certification

   Complete two supervised dives to 12 metres on a Gili turtle reef, then certify as an SSI Scuba Diver.
