Course overview

The SSI Scuba Skills Update refreshes your diving before you explore Trincomalee if you have been out of the water for a while. You review key theory and re-practise core skills in the calm shallows off Nilaveli, then ease back into diving on the gentle reefs of Pigeon Island Marine Park, rebuilding the confidence to enjoy the east coast safely.

Prerequisites

• An existing scuba certification (any recognised agency)
• Minimum age as per your original certification
• Diver medical self-declaration
• No minimum number of recent dives required
