Course overview

Experience the reef after sunset with the SSI Night Diving specialty off Mauritius's west coast. Diving from Flic-en-Flac, you build the light-handling, signalling and navigation skills needed to dive confidently in the dark, meeting nocturnal creatures such as octopus and moray eels. SSI's digital theory lets you prepare in advance and spend the evening in the water.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (Junior) or 15 for full certification
• SSI Open Water Diver or equivalent certification
• Comfortable with buoyancy and basic navigation
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician
