The SSI Underwater Navigation pathway

SSI Navigation is delivered through the SSI digital platform and counts toward SSI Specialty Diver and Master Diver recognition. Like other SSI specialties it uses digital learning rather than printed manuals.

Where you'll dive in Alor

Navigation training uses Alor's reef contours near Kalabahi as natural references and current-prone sites to practise compensating for drift, skills that pay off across the archipelago in the April-to-November season.
