Get more time on Kadmat's reefs with the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox specialty. Learning to dive enriched-air blends extends your no-decompression limits on the atoll's multi-level reef slopes, so you can linger longer among the coral, turtles and reef life of these clear Lakshadweep waters.

What you’ll learn

• Understand enriched air and how it lengthens no-stop limits
• Analyse a cylinder's oxygen content and record the blend
• Program a dive computer for enriched-air diving
• Work out maximum operating depth and the oxygen exposure limit
• Recognise and prevent oxygen toxicity
• Plan longer, safer multi-level reef dives

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12
• SSI Open Water Diver or equivalent
• No additional dives strictly required (theory-led specialty)
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

1. Day1
   Theory, analysis & dive

   Complete the SSI digital theory, practise analysing and marking cylinders and setting your computer, then apply it on an enriched-air reef dive where conducted.
