Master the single most valuable diving skill with the SSI Perfect Buoyancy specialty in Moalboal, Cebu. On the coral-rich Panagsama house reef you fine-tune weighting, trim and breath control so you can hover motionless over the reef without disturbing the marine life. You finish certified in SSI Perfect Buoyancy as a smoother, more efficient diver.
