Course overview

Master effortless control with the SSI Perfect Buoyancy specialty on Maafushi, perfect for hovering over the coral gardens of the South Malé Atoll. On the calm island house reef in warm 27-30°C water you dial in weighting, trim and breathing so you glide smoothly and use less air. It is one of the most useful skills you can add for every dive that follows.

What you’ll learn

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 10 (Junior) or 15
• SSI Open Water Diver (or qualifying equivalent)
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician
