Course overview

Earn the SSI Advanced Adventurer rating at Khao Lak and unlock the deeper, current-swept sites of the Similan Islands. Across five adventure dives spanning specialties like deep and navigation, you extend your skills and confidence to 30 metres, gaining the experience to enjoy world-class reefs such as Koh Bon and Koh Tachai.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (junior) / 15 for full certification
• SSI Open Water Diver or equivalent certification
• Basic open-water comfort and buoyancy
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep & navigation

   Complete the deep and navigation adventure dives on a national-park or local site near Khao Lak.
2. Day2
   Adventure dives & certification

   Finish three more adventure dives across the Similan reefs, Koh Bon or Koh Tachai and earn the Advanced Adventurer rating.
