Course overview

Earn the PADI Wreck Diver specialty in Trincomalee, a region famous for the WWII wreck of HMS Hermes lying off the coast and several smaller wrecks along the Nilaveli shoreline. Over four dives you learn to survey, map and safely explore wrecks, building the skills to dive these historic structures responsibly. It is one of the most rewarding specialties to complete on Sri Lanka's east coast.

Trincomalee is best known for the HMS Hermes wreck offshore and shallower wrecks north of Nilaveli, giving wreck students structures at a range of depths to train on during the calm the calm May-to-September window, with shoulder months of April and October still diveable.
