Add wreck diving to your skill set with the PADI Wreck Diver specialty while based at Nusa Penida, learning to survey and explore sunken structures safely. The buoyancy, navigation and penetration-line skills you develop translate directly to confident, controlled diving on Bali-area wrecks and reefs. The certification qualifies you to plan wreck dives to 30 metres and counts towards Master Scuba Diver.
PADI Wreck Diver requires four training dives and certifies you to dive wrecks to 30 metres, including limited line-guided penetration where conditions allow. It counts towards the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating.
Wreck training is staged from Nusa Penida using suitable structures in the wider Bali area, with buoyancy and surveying drills first refined on sheltered Nusa reefs such as Sental. The April-to-November dry season offers the best access and visibility.
