The PADI Referral & Crossover pathway

A PADI Referral lets you complete the knowledge development and confined-water training with one PADI dive centre and finish the open-water dives elsewhere, typically within 12 months. Crossovers allow divers certified by other recognised agencies to continue training within the PADI system.

Where you'll dive in Maafushi

Referral open-water dives run on South Malé Atoll sites such as Maafushi Corner and Kandooma Thila, with confined skill checks on the calm island house reef, in 27-30°C water best dived November to April.
