Course overview

Find your way underwater with the PADI Underwater Navigator specialty on Ambergris Caye, refining compass and natural-navigation skills on the Belize Barrier Reef. The clear, current-light water inside the reef off San Pedro is ideal for learning to navigate precisely and return to your start point with confidence.

What you’ll learn

• Navigate accurately using a compass

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 10
• PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or equivalent
• Basic buoyancy control
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician
