Course overview

Go from beginner to dive professional in Krabi with a structured PADI Go Pro pathway that takes you from Open Water through Advanced, Rescue and Divemaster on the Andaman coast at Ao Nang. You build experience across local island reefs and the famous Phi Phi sites, logging the dives and skills you need to earn your first professional rating and start a career underwater. The programme finishes with the PADI Divemaster certification, your licence to guide and assist on real dives.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 18 for Rescue and Divemaster (15 for earlier ratings)
• Able to swim and comfortable in water
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician
• No prior certification required to start the pathway from Open Water
• Emergency First Response training (included in the programme)
• 60 logged dives required to complete the Divemaster certification

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Open Water phase

   Learn the fundamentals across theory, confined water and four open-water training dives on local reefs.
2. Day2
   Advanced phase

   Build skills with deep, navigation and adventure dives on the Phi Phi and Ao Nang sites.
3. Day3
   Rescue & EFR phase

   Complete first-aid training and rescue scenarios, learning to prevent and manage diver problems.
4. Day4
   Divemaster internship

   Log experience dives, run skill circuits and assist with student training around Ao Nang.
5. Day5
   Assessment & certification

   Pass stamina, rescue and dive-skills assessments to earn the Divemaster rating.
