Course overview

Get more bottom time on Grand Cayman's wreck and wall dives with the PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) specialty, the most popular specialty in the PADI system. You learn to analyse enriched-air cylinders, set your dive computer and plan dives with extended no-decompression limits, perfect for repetitive dives on the USS Kittiwake and the deeper walls. The course can be completed without any training dives required.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12
• PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent certification)
• No prior dives required to certify
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

1. Day1
   Nitrox certification

   Complete the knowledge development, practise analysing cylinders and setting your computer for enriched air, then certify; optional enriched-air dives can be added on the boat.
