Course overview

Build the life-saving foundation every leadership diver needs with the PADI Emergency First Response course in the Seychelles. This non-diving CPR and first-aid programme can be completed in a day at the dive centre near Beau Vallon and is the required first-aid prerequisite for the Rescue Diver and Divemaster ratings. You leave confident to manage breathing, circulation and injury emergencies on land or at the dive site.

The PADI Emergency First Response pathway

PADI Emergency First Response is internationally recognised and based on globally accepted emergency-care guidelines. It satisfies the CPR and first-aid prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster programmes, and the certification is recommended for renewal every two years.

Where you'll dive in Seychelles

This is a classroom-based course held at the dive centre near Beau Vallon on Mahe, with no in-water component, often scheduled alongside Rescue Diver or Divemaster training.
