Build the confidence to act in an emergency with the PADI Emergency First Response course in Port Blair, a land-based programme that teaches CPR and first aid to international guidelines. It is open to everyone, divers and non-divers alike, and is the required first-aid foundation for the PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster ratings before you head out into Andaman waters. The PADI Emergency First Response pathway

PADI Emergency First Response is built on internationally recognised CPR and first-aid guidelines and satisfies the first-aid prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster courses. The certification is valid for 24 months before a refresher is recommended.

Where you'll dive in Port Blair

This is a classroom-based course delivered at the dive centre in Port Blair with no in-water component, so it can be scheduled year-round regardless of sea conditions, often paired with the Rescue Diver course before diving the Andaman reefs.
