PADI Emergency First Response is based on internationally recognised CPR and first-aid guidelines and is the accepted CPR and first-aid prerequisite for PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster. Certification is typically valid for 24 months before a refresher is recommended.

Where you'll dive in Cairns

Emergency First Response is taught in a classroom setting in Cairns rather than in the water, so it can be scheduled around your reef trips and pairs naturally with Rescue Diver training.
