Earn your first professional rating with the PADI Divemaster course in Hurghada, where a daily-boat operation on the Egyptian Red Sea gives candidates an endless rotation of reefs, drop-offs and dolphin houses to build real leadership experience. Working alongside instructors on busy boats heading out to local fringing reefs and wreck sites near Abu Nuhas, you develop the dive-management, mapping and guiding skills that let you supervise certified divers and assist on courses. You finish ready to work as a PADI professional anywhere in the world.
This is the PADI Divemaster certification, the entry point to the PADI professional ladder. It qualifies you to supervise diving activities and assist a PADI instructor, and is the prerequisite to enrolling on the Instructor Development Course later.
Training runs from daily boats out of Hurghada onto sheltered fringing reefs, deeper drop-offs and dolphin-house lagoons, with longer trips reaching the wreck cluster around Abu Nuhas reef. The calm, warm water (22-29C) and consistent visibility make the Red Sea an efficient place to log the dives and rack up the leadership hours the rating demands.
