Become a PADI Divemaster in Fiji and take your first professional role guiding certified divers across Beqa Lagoon's soft-coral pinnacles and the famous Pacific Harbour shark dive. Over six to eight weeks you build stamina, dive-leadership and supervision skills on sites such as The Bistro and Caesars, finishing ready to lead dives, assist instructors and begin a career in diving. It is the first rung of the PADI professional ladder.
The PADI Divemaster rating is your first professional certification, qualifying you to supervise dive activities, guide certified divers and assist instructors. It is the prerequisite for the PADI Instructor Development Course.
Leadership training takes place across Beqa Lagoon and the Pacific Harbour reefs, mapping and guiding sites like Pearl Rock, Seven Sisters and Joe's Best in warm 24-30C water, with the option to observe the multi-species shark dive that draws divers to Fiji.
