PADI AWARE specialties focus on marine conservation and can be taken largely as classroom courses; some include an optional dive. They count toward the Master Scuba Diver rating and support PADI's global ocean-conservation mission.

Where you'll dive in Muscat

Conservation programmes draw on the marine-protected Daymaniyat Islands and the biodiverse reefs of Bandar Khayran as living examples of why reef protection matters, with any optional survey dives run in warm, calm 24-30C water.
