The PADI Conservation & AWARE pathway

The PADI AWARE and Fish Identification specialties count toward the Master Scuba Diver rating and connect to the wider AWARE conservation movement. The course can be taken with dives or, for the AWARE knowledge component, without entering the water.

Where you'll dive in Koh Lanta

Koh Haa and Koh Bida offer rich, accessible reefs, blacktip reef sharks, turtles, snapper, barracuda and colourful soft corals, that make ideal living classrooms for fish identification and conservation work. The November-to-April season gives the clearest water for observation.
