Build on your Open Water certification and dive deeper, with more skills, through the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Port Blair. Across five adventure dives in the Andaman Sea, including mandatory deep and navigation dives, you extend your depth limit to 30 metres and sample specialties like wreck, drift and night diving at sites such as Chidiyatapu. The certification opens up the deeper and more varied diving the Andamans are known for.
PADI Advanced Open Water raises your depth limit to 30 metres and is the prerequisite for many specialties and the Rescue Diver course. The Deep and Underwater Navigation dives are mandatory; the remaining three are electives you choose.
Adventure dives use the reefs, walls and structure sites around Chidiyatapu and the wider Andaman Sea off Port Blair, where calm conditions, warm 27-29C water and good visibility in the December-to-April season suit deeper and more varied diving.
