Course overview

Build on your certification with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Krabi, completing five adventure dives across the local island reefs and the Phi Phi sites on the Andaman coast. You sample deep and underwater-navigation dives plus three electives, extending your depth limit to 30 metres while diving with reef sharks, turtles and barracuda. You finish certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (Junior Advanced) or 15
• PADI Open Water Diver (or qualifying equivalent)
• Comfortable with basic scuba skills
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep & navigation dives

   Complete the Deep and Underwater Navigation adventure dives on local Andaman reefs, extending your range to 30 metres.
2. Day2
   Elective adventure dives

   Finish three elective dives across the Phi Phi or local island sites, with reef sharks, turtles and barracuda likely sightings.
