Course overview

Expand your skills and depth range with the PADI Advanced Open Water course in Key Largo, diving the reefs, walls and wrecks of the Florida Keys across five adventure dives. You complete required deep and navigation dives plus three more of your choice, often including wreck dives on the Spiegel Grove and drift dives on Pennekamp's reefs. You finish certified to 30 metres and ready for the destination's best sites.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (Junior Advanced Open Water 12-14)
• PADI Open Water Diver (or qualifying entry-level certification)
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep and navigation dives

   Complete the required deep dive on a deeper reef or wreck and the underwater-navigation dive on a Pennekamp reef.
2. Day2
   Elective adventure dives

   Three elective dives such as wreck on the Spiegel Grove, drift or night diving, then certification.
