Course overview

Build confidence and reach new depths with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course on Grand Cayman, an island made for it with its iconic deep walls, the USS Kittiwake wreck and the shallow stingray flats. Over five adventure dives including the required Deep and Underwater Navigation dives, you extend your depth limit to 30 metres and sample specialties like wreck and night diving. You finish certified to dive more challenging sites worldwide.

The PADI Advanced Open Water pathway

PADI Advanced Open Water requires five adventure dives including Deep and Underwater Navigation. It raises your depth limit to 30 metres and is a prerequisite for Rescue Diver and many specialties.

Where you'll dive in Grand Cayman

The course makes the most of Grand Cayman's variety, pairing deep dives on the sheer West and North Walls with the USS Kittiwake wreck and easy reef sites, all reached on short boat rides from George Town in calm, clear 25-29C water.
