Course overview

Build confidence and reach new depths with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course on Grand Cayman, an island made for it with its iconic deep walls, the USS Kittiwake wreck and the shallow stingray flats. Over five adventure dives including the required Deep and Underwater Navigation dives, you extend your depth limit to 30 metres and sample specialties like wreck and night diving. You finish certified to dive more challenging sites worldwide.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (Junior Advanced Open Water)
• PADI Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification)
• Comfortable basic scuba skills
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep and navigation dives

   Complete the required Deep dive on the West Wall and the Underwater Navigation dive, building depth and direction skills.
2. Day2
   Elective adventures and certification

   Make three elective dives, such as the USS Kittiwake wreck and a night dive, then certify.
