These Terms & Conditions govern your use of flyingfish.live (“FlyingFish”, “we”, “us”). By booking through this site you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful online payment via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay).
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include 18% GST unless noted otherwise.
- For multi-day courses, a partial advance may be charged at booking and the balance due before the course start date as displayed on the course page.
2. Eligibility & medical
- Scuba and freediving carry inherent risks. You must complete the SSI medical declaration before in-water training.
- If you answer “yes” to any medical question, you must obtain a doctor’s clearance before participating.
- Minimum age varies by program (10–15 years). Under-18 divers require parental consent.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
- FlyingFish operates a pay-to-pass model — if you are unable to complete a course due to medical or weather reasons, you may reschedule at no charge.
- Customer-initiated cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Force majeure events (weather, civil unrest, government action) entitle you to reschedule or refund as detailed in the refund policy.
4. Liability
- FlyingFish acts as an aggregator and booking platform. Actual diving services are delivered by SSI-affiliated training centres.
- You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and agree to follow all safety briefings, dive plans and instructor directions.
- FlyingFish’s liability is limited to the booking amount paid, except where higher liability is required by Indian consumer law.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software on flyingfish.live is owned by FlyingFish or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or redistribute without written permission.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panjim, Goa.
