Customer-initiated cancellations

Operator / weather cancellations
If FlyingFish or the dive centre cancels your booking due to weather, equipment failure, instructor unavailability or other operational reasons:
- You may reschedule to any future date at no charge.
- You may receive a full refund within 7 working days.
Medical inability
If a doctor certifies you are medically unable to dive after booking, you receive a full refund (less Razorpay processing fees, typically 2.5%) on submission of the medical certificate.
Pay-to-pass guarantee
If you are physically able to dive but the conditions or your performance prevent course completion within the booked days, FlyingFish provides additional training sessions at no charge until you complete certification, subject to instructor availability.
How to request a refund
Email hello@flyingfish.in with your booking reference (FF followed by order number). Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval to the original payment method.
