- Booking details — name, email, phone number, preferred dates, traveller count, course/destination chosen.
- Payment data — handled by Razorpay; we receive only confirmation tokens and last-4-card-digits for reference. Full card details never touch our servers.
- Medical declarations — held confidentially and shared only with the assigned SSI instructor.
- Site analytics — IP address, browser, pages visited (Google Analytics 4).
How we use it
- To confirm and fulfil your booking.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, post-trip surveys and trip-related communications.
- To improve our service and offerings.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, dispute resolution).
Who we share with
- The SSI-affiliated dive centre delivering your booking.
- Razorpay (payment processing).
- Email service providers (transactional email).
- Government authorities where required by law.
